Registration
The registration system is now availble. Here is the link. NB:
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register before the early registration deadline (1st July 2013).
- A single registration can cover several papers.
- Papers without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.
- For non-standard registration that the registration system does not support, we only accept payment by bank transfer: Follow this instructions
- People who want to pay by bank transfer should follow this instructions.

Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students must provide a proof of their student status (student ID or certificate), certified by the signature of a supervisor, by e-mail at iva2013@googlegroups.com. Student registration will be validated upon receipt of the proof of status.
NB: The registration fees for the main conference include Welcome reception on 29th August, conference banquet on 30th August, and lunches and tea/coffee breaks during the main conference, but do not include fees for the doctoral Consortium or workshops. There is a possibility that tickets for the banquet will be no longer available for the registration made on 20th August or after.Additional ticket for the Welcome reception on 29th August : £20 Additional ticket for the banquet on 30th August: £70

Cancellation/refund policy:
- Before 16th August: 100% refund (no cancellation fees)
- From 17th August: no refund.
On-site registration:
- On-site registration will be available from 28th August until 1st September.
- We will accept cash and UK bank cheques at the desk. For payment by a credit card, please use the online registration.
Student scholarship information
We have a limited number of student scholarships that offer free registration fees. Full-time students whose papers have been accepted are eligible to apply. First author will be prioritised. Those who wish to apply for a student scholarship should send the following information to iva2013@googlegroups.com by Wednesday, 26th June (GMT). The applicants will be notified of the result by Thursday, 27th June.
- Your information (full name, affiliation, programme of study, start date of programme, contact address, etc)
- Title of the accepted paper
- Author(s) of the paper
- A statement of why you cannot raise funds for attending the conference.
- A support letter from your supervisor
- If you are studying at one of the SICSA (Scottish Informatics and Computer Science Alliance) universities in Scotland, please indicate the information.
