The goal of this tutorial is to create a small corpora of texts in mother tongue of participating students. The next step is to develop a morphological analysis system for each respective language. The number of sessions comes out of the experience of the last Summer School: 1st session - the students have to have some data, i.e. they should build their corpora by downloading the data from web, clear it and transform to the so called vertical format. Verticalised source text can be then tagged with structural tags. Tagged texts will be accessible from corpus query processor that allows the students to compute some statistical characteristics. 2nd session - the students should prepare a list of lemmata and tagged word forms occurring in their texts. They have to select their tagset depending on grammatical categories and values valid for their language. 3rd session - the students will design their model of morphological segmentation for the respective language. This can be done more or less automatically with the tool Automorphology by J. Goldsmith. 4th session - the students will try to create the system of the morphological paradigms (patterns) and will try to tune it and complete their morphological database with the tool called I_Par. 5th session - the students are recommended to test the morphological database with the morphological analyser ajka by tagging the newly created corpora and some real texts. At the end, they will summarise the results and write the final report.
